Refund policy

Revival Comics sells digital products (PDFs, EPUBs, digital bundles). Our refund terms reflect that.

Digital products

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, because they cannot be returned. If your download link does not work, the file is corrupted, or you cannot open it on your device, email hello@revivalcomics.com within 14 days of purchase and we will resend the file or refund in full.

PreOrders

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before the file is delivered. Once a preorder has shipped (digital file delivered to your inbox), the digital products policy above applies.

How to request a refund

Email hello@revivalcomics.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
